Responsibilities
- Identify and implement reliability improvements to reduce maintenance cost and downtime, maximizing plant uptime and minimizing maintenance costs by improving equipment mean‑time‑between‑failure and mean‑time‑to‑repair rates.
- Ensure planned maintenance inspections (PM/PdM/MI) are completed in accordance with established schedules.
- Identify, develop and execute cost reduction projects.
- Develop, manage, and execute capital and expense projects throughout the plant site, ensuring startups are safe, on time and within the approved project cost.
- Support maintenance work planning and scheduling processes.
- Troubleshoot equipment performance issues, evaluate repair versus replacement, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure the Management of Change (MOC) and Mechanical Integrity (MI) requirements under OSHA's Process Safety Management regulations are met.
- Ensure mechanical integrity practices are aligned with corporate standards.
