, you will be the driving force behind implementing the Integrated Transformer Management (ITM) System across our Factory Value Chain. You’ll champion a culture of improvement, elevate performance, and help us deliver outstanding results in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost. - Drive strategy deployment in partnership with factory leadership.
- Facilitate breakthrough objectives, KPIs, action plans, and Kaizen roadmaps.
- Lead implementation and maturity development of the ITM System.
- Champion a culture focused on waste elimination and continuous improvement.
- Optimize Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost performance.
- Lead cost‑out initiatives and productivity improvement projects.
- Build team capability through training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and servant leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Several years of manufacturing experience; transformer or energy sector preferred.
- 5+ years of hands‑on Lean system implementation (e.g., TPS, HOS, DBS).
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt; experience in system transformation preferred.
- Strong communication, influencing, and change leadership skills.
- Proficiency with analytical tools, Office software, and statistical platforms.
