• Do you have capability to analyze business requirements and map them to SAP PM functionality (breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, calibration, etc.).
• Can you configure SAP PM objects including Equipment, Functional Locations, Maintenance Plans, Work Orders, Notifications, Task Lists, and Measurement Documents.
• Do you have hands‑on experience in integrating PM with other modules such as MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), QM (Quality Management), and FI/CO (Finance & Controlling).

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4

HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant with a strong background in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP S/4

HANA PM solutions that optimize plant maintenance operations and asset management. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams including production, quality, and supply chain to enhance system capabilities and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of SAP S/4
  
  HANA PM module for manufacturing client.
• Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP PM functionality (breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, calibration, etc.).
• Configure SAP PM objects including Equipment, Functional Locations, Maintenance Plans, Work Orders, Notifications, Task Lists, and Measurement Documents.
• Integrate PM with other modules such as MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), QM (Quality Management), and FI/CO (Finance & Controlling).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements for asset performance and maintenance efficiency.
• Support master data management related to technical objects and maintenance strategies.
• Facilitate workshops, blueprinting, testing (unit, integration, UAT), cutover, training, and post‑go‑live support.
• Provide system enhancements and continuous improvement through change requests and SAP best practices.
• Document functional specs for development objects (interfaces, forms, custom reports).
• Stay current with SAP innovations such as AIN (Asset Intelligence Network), Predictive Maintenance, and IoT integration in S/4
  
  HANA.
