We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Day & Zimmermann projects team on site located in Port Gibson, MS
.
- Assists in creating and maintaining project schedules and timelines along with tracking project milestones.
- Maintains project documentation, including engineering drawings, procurement documents and construction plans.
- Prepares regular project status reports for management and stakeholders.
- Serves as point of contact and communicates project status to all stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Works effectively with support functions to ensure project success.
- Leads the safety culture by example and evaluates the effectiveness of staff's use of the processes.
- Monitors risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management or 8+ years of related construction field experience.
- Relevant engineering or construction management degree (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineer, Construction Management Degree, Project Management degree, MBA or Project Management Professional (PMP)) and 5 years Nuclear experience OR 8-10 years of relevant field experience in lieu of a degree.
- Microsoft Excel, Word, Office, PowerPoint, SAP, TEAMS, One Drive.
- Be physically able to use stairs and lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self‑motivated to produce high‑quality work.
- Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally.
In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $95,000–$171,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of union fringes).
