• Our Taylorsville team has strong ties to the local community and participates in the town’s annual Halloween event, Farmers Market and holiday tree decorating event.
• Nearby attractions include the Bienville National Forest and several picturesque state parks and lakes for camping, canoeing, hunting and fishing.
• Taylorsville is 30 minutes from Laurel, Mississippi – the setting of HGTV’s “Home Town” and location of the Lauren Rogers Museum of Art. Be sure to also check out the Hattiesburg Zoo and Mississippi Armed Forces Museum in nearby Hattiesburg.

Here are your primary responsibilities(additional details will be discussed during the interview):

• Lead all maintenance and engineering activities to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective plant operations.
• Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to support production and reliability goals.
• Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution, including plant shutdowns and turnarounds.
• Provide engineering leadership for capital projects, plant modifications, and process improvements.
• Partner with Operations, Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Finance teams to achieve site objectives.
• Drive compliance with OSHA PSM, Mechanical Integrity, MOC, and environmental regulations.
• Use data, KPIs, and reliability metrics to identify improvement opportunities and guide decision-making.
