Here are your primary responsibilities(additional details will be discussed during the interview):
- Lead all maintenance and engineering activities to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective plant operations.
- Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to support production and reliability goals.
- Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution, including plant shutdowns and turnarounds.
- Provide engineering leadership for capital projects, plant modifications, and process improvements.
- Partner with Operations, Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Finance teams to achieve site objectives.
- Drive compliance with OSHA PSM, Mechanical Integrity, MOC, and environmental regulations.
- Use data, KPIs, and reliability metrics to identify improvement opportunities and guide decision-making.
