About the Role:

As a Personal Banker, you will serve as a trusted financial advisor to clients, helping them manage their personal finances and achieve their financial goals. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate banking products and services. This role requires a deep knowledge of banking operations, products, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and deliver exceptional service.

You will play a key role in driving branch growth by identifying sales opportunities and providing tailored financial solutions. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty while supporting the overall success of the bank.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Associate's or Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in retail banking, customer service, or sales is required.
• Strong understanding of banking products, services, and financial regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse customers.
• Basic proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to assess their financial needs and provide personalized banking solutions including accounts, loans, and investment products.
• Process routine banking transactions accurately and efficiently, such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Educate clients on bank products, services, and digital banking tools to enhance their banking experience.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell banking products to meet customer needs and branch sales goals.
• Maintain compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures to protect customer information and bank assets.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to ensure a positive banking experience.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver seamless service and support branch initiatives.
