Duties
As an LPN, you will work 1:1 with one client for the duration of your shift and support them with:
- Adhering to the outlined care plan
- Documenting tasks, observations, and evaluating outcomes
- Ensuring quality care by creating, implementing, monitoring, and enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures
- Receiving clinical direction and oversight from the staff RN
- Assisting with other duties as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Current Mississippi (or Compact State) LPN license
- One (1) or more years of nursing experience, preferably in personal care home industry
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
