DutiesAs an LPN, you will work 1:1 with a client during your shift and support them by:
- Adhering to the care plan
- Documenting tasks, observations, and evaluating outcomes
- Ensuring quality care by creating, implementing, monitoring, and enforcing quality assurance policies
- Receiving clinical direction and oversight from the staff RN
- Assisting with other duties as needed
- Current Mississippi (or Compact State) LPN license
- One or more years of nursing experience, preferably in personal care
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
