• Deliver exceptional care to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Administer medically prescribed services such as ventilator and tracheotomy care, G-tube feedings, medication, and first aid.
• Supervise LPNS and caregivers.
• Coordinate care with healthcare providers.
• Ensure compliance with care plans and regulations.
• Support clients’ independence and meaningful lives.
• Train and develop caregivers and staff.
• Assist with other operational duties.

• Reliable transportation across 2-3 counties.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and DDID Medication Administration training.
