Advanced Practice (APP) Fellow - Acute & Critical Care Department
Position SummaryThe Acute and Critical Care Fellowship provides enterprise-wide rotation opportunities across Acute Care, Progressive Care, and Critical Care settings. Fellows can gain experience in both oncologic and non‑oncologic environments, encompassing unit‑based and consult‑based advanced practice roles. Rotations may include medical and surgical inpatient areas, including intensive care units. Short rotations through specialty services further strengthen multidisciplinary learning and the comprehensive management of acutely and critically ill patients.
Minimum Qualifications- Current license and certificate of authority to practice as a CNP in the State of Ohio. Graduate of a Nurse Practitioner program that qualifies the graduate to sit for the certification examination of a national certifying organization recognized by the Ohio Board of Nursing. Master’s degree in Nursing. AGACNP required.
- Graduation from an accredited physician assistant program. National Certification Commission for Physician Assistant certification. Eligibility for State of Ohio licensure as a physician assistant. Master’s degree.
Applicants must hold Acute Care Nurse Practitioner certification or Physician Assistant licensure.
