As an Advanced Patient Care Technician (PCT), you will be a vital member of the care team, performing advanced clinical tasks under the guidance of a registered nurse to deliver compassionate, patient‑centred care.

• Observe patients, document changes, and communicate with the nursing team.
• Help patients with daily needs (ADLs) such as eating, drinking, bathing, and moving safely.
• Provide advanced care including phlebotomy, telemetry monitoring, removing IV lines and catheters, and wound care.
• Assist with laboratory collection and clerical duties to keep care running smoothly.
• Anticipate patient needs, respond quickly, and help ensure a seamless, compassionate experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, health care, or related field preferred; certification acceptable.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Experience in a patient care role preferred.
