TKO Staff Pros, LLC is looking for a dedicated Human Resource Generalist to join one of our Client's Professional Office in the Northeast MS area. This full-time, on-site position offers an excellent opportunity for entry-level professionals to begin their career in the dynamic field of Human Resources within the executive office industry.

As a Human Resource Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. You will work closely with our management team to ensure a positive workplace culture and contribute to the overall success of our organization. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive environment while earning a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and screening candidates
  • Onboard new employees and provide orientation
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and activities
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops
  • Address employee inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the HR field
