Contribution You’ll bring to this Role:

Notrax, a Justrite Safety Group, is looking for aHuman Resource&Safety Manager for their Moselle, MS operations. This is a Full-Time, Exempt position. This role willassistin developing andmaintainingpolicies and programs related to human resource function and safety department. Will work closely with upper management to ensure success of these programs. This position will also ensure the human resource and safety programs are aligned with the Industrial Matting Unit strategy as well as the JSG corporate strategy.

The positionreportsto the HR Business Partner with a dotted line to the Regional Safety Manager.

What You’ll Doat Justrite:
  • Manage Human Resource Functions:
    Direct and coordinate the HR functions in accordance with corporate policy and procedures. Lead department to add value to the business in areas including compliance, safety and health, staffing, employee and labor relations, performance, training and development, and other functions.
  • Strategy,Policyand Procedures:

    Maintainpolicies and procedures thatensuresalignment with the BU, JSG corporate and labor relations strategy.
  • Employee Relations:

    Maintain employee relations initiatives and culture thatemphasizesempowerment and continuous improvement. Promote anopen doorenvironment to ensure good employee relations and services. Provide a work environment that is fair and unbiased.
  • Manage HRISsystemincluding processing bi-weekly payroll, orientation, on-boarding/off-boarding, working with the Talent Acquisition (“TA”) team in the recruiting process, and performance management process.
  • Health & Safety:
    Assist inmaintaininghealth and safety programs for allfacetsof the facility in support of the Environmental, Health & Safety Manager. Recommend measures that will reduce oreliminatehazards in the workplace.
