Agency Recruitment Consultant

Our client, a dynamic Recruitment Consultancy , is looking for a skilled Agency Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Welkom. This role involves building and nurturing client relationships while identifying and placing qualified candidates into suitable positions. You will play a key part in understanding market demands and connecting employers with the talent they need to succeed within the Free State province.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from client brief to successful placement.
• Develop and expand a strong client base through proactive business development and relationship management.
• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including networking, online platforms, and database searches.
• Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviews to assess suitability for roles.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for placed candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market intelligence relevant to the Welkom area and beyond.

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role within an agency.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Knowledge of the local job market in the Free State is beneficial.
