Staffing Coordinator - Saltillo MS

TKO Staff Pros LLC is looking for a dedicated Staffing Coordinator to join our Saltillo team. This full-time, on-site position is central to our staffing and recruiting efforts in a fast-moving industry.

You will manage the recruitment process, coordinate candidate interviews, and make sure clients and candidates both have a smooth experience. Your work directly affects how well we connect top talent with our clients and how successful their hiring is.

• Coordinate and manage the recruitment process from job posting through candidate onboarding
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Schedule interviews between clients and candidates
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics
• Help develop job descriptions and recruitment materials
• Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Support the implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in staffing or recruiting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Familiarity with employment laws and best practices is a plus
