Electrical Supervisor

Assignment Duration: ASAP – 3 months

Location:

Port Gibson, MS

• Provide oversight to electrical subcontractors to meet safety, quality, cost, schedule, and design requirements.
• Represent Day & Zimmermann professionally in appearance, conduct, and business operations.
• Attend safety meetings with contractors and conduct daily inspections and field walkdowns.
• Maintain daily reports and weekly schedule meetings with contractors.
• Approve payment requests and ensure work complies with design documents; manage change orders with prior approval.
• Monitor scope, budgets, and schedules; inform the project construction manager of field conditions and progress.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with DZ Safety and Quality programs; maintain business records honestly.

• Union building trades experience (resume required).
• Experience at Nuclear, DoD, DOE sites.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply project documents, specifications, safety procedures, change management, and D&Z operating procedures.
• Proficiency in generating scopes of work for subcontract documents.

Pay range: $87,000 – $144,000 (subject to experience and location). Salary not guaranteed.
