Overview

ESFM has an opening for a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.

Location:

191 Norfolk Southern Way, Byhalia, MS 38611.

Schedule:

Sunday through Wednesday, 7:00am – 5:30pm or Sunday through Wednesday, 7:00pm – 5:30am. One year of supervisory experience is required. Pay range: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour.

ESFM is the corporate Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) division of Compass Group USA and a Keystone member of the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI).

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure assigned job expectations are completed in accordance with policy and procedure.
• Provide training and create work schedules for associates.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address performance issues.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
• Serve as the contact person for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goals and advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• One year of supervisory experience is required.
