• Serve as shift supervisor for the Wilkinson County Correctional Facility
• Conduct shift briefings and supervise assigned sergeants
• Maintain custody and discipline of inmates in compliance with ACA, MTC, and MDOC standards
• Supervise security procedures, including contraband searches, inmate transport, and emergency response
• Review and maintain inmate records, providing relevant information to personnel
• Prepare required reports, logs, and documentation accurately and timely
• Promote positive social skill development among staff and inmates through modeling and feedback
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, rules, and regulations while maintaining safety and accountability

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum three (3) years of corrections experience, including at least one year in a supervisory role
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to perform physical duties required by the position
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
