Weyerhaeuser is seeking individuals committed to safety, with a positive attitude and excellent work ethic, to join its Bruce Lumber facility as an entry‑level production team member. This night‑shift role offers on‑the‑job training and opportunities for growth in a highly automated manufacturing environment.

• Commit to working safely and following all safety rules and regulations.
• Operate equipment safely and conduct housekeeping activities in assigned areas.
• Feed or place product onto equipment for processing or remove items after processing.
• Interpret work instructions accurately and complete tasks as assigned.
• Demonstrate willingness and ability to learn new jobs and skills.
• Communicate with team members and leadership to improve safety and operating performance and meet job expectations.

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Must personally complete the employment application.
• Successful completion of pre‑employment drug screen, background check and physical.
• Ability to work overtime, holidays, night and rotating shifts.
• Physical ability to perform labor‑intensive work.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures, dusty and noisy conditions while wearing safety equipment.
• Ability to complete forklift training (forklift experience preferred).
• Ability to work safely around moving manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Ability to lift 2–20 pounds regularly, climb steps and ladders, work from height, and stand or walk for 2–3 hours at a time for 10 hours per shift.
• Basic computer skills a plus.

• Successful completion of pre‑employment computer‑based testing.
• Successful completion of pre‑employment background check, physical and drug screen.

• Starting rate $18.54.
• Night shift premium $1.25 per hour added for night shift.
• Night shift premium $1.40 per hour.
• Quarterly bonus payout.
