- Inventory Management:
Receive, verify, and stock incoming products from vendors and plants, ensuring accuracy in SKU numbers, quantities, and quality; consolidate identical SKUs in bulk storage. - Order Fulfillment:
Pull and transfer bulk products to pick zones, retrieve items for shipping, and move cartons from shipping lanes to pallets for loading. - Collaboration & Equipment Operation:
Work with Inventory Control to resolve stock issues and operate power industrial equipment as certified. - Performance & Flexibility:
Consistently meet department quality and productivity standards; perform additional duties as assigned.
- Experience &
Education:
Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment; high school diploma or equivalent required. - Skills & Knowledge:
Basic computer skills with an understanding of distribution operations; ability to read, comprehend, and accurately count inventory. - Physical Requirements:
Comfortable working at heights (3-level modules), able to lift up to 40 pounds frequently, and capable of standing, walking, and climbing stairs for extended periods. - Work Flexibility:
Willingness to work overtime with little or no notice.
