A leading wood-products manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Manager for its McComb, MS-area lumber facility. This role provides leadership for reliability, maintenance strategy, and continuous improvement across mechanical, electrical, and mobile equipment teams. Candidates must be safety-focused, solutions-oriented, and strong leaders.

• Lead and mentor maintenance teams across multiple disciplines.
• Ensure strong safety performance and housekeeping standards.
• Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Drive improvement initiatives and systematic problem‑solving.
• Track and analyze maintenance metrics to improve reliability.
• Collaborate with operations and manage maintenance supervisors.
• Support a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Required:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 5+ years maintenance experience
• 5+ years supervisory/leadership experience
• Strong communication, planning, and problem‑solving skills
• Knowledge of reliable maintenance methods and CMMS (SAP preferred)
• Ability to work in industrial conditions and travel occasionally

Preferred:

• Lumber manufacturing experience
• PLC/electrical knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Salary range: $106,000–$145,000
• Annual bonus target: 15% of base pay
