Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Machine Operator
Location: Byhalia
We are seeking an experienced Senior Machine Operator-Paint for our Byhalia, MS location.
This position is scheduled for 6:00 PM-6:30 AM, with days off rotating on a 2-2-3 basis.

- Minimum 2 years’ Manufacturing Machine Operator experience
- Experience in machine set-up and computers
- Must have a good understanding of how equipment operates in order to clear the equipment safely.
- High mechanical aptitude with experience trouble shooting equipment.
- The ability to read and understand written instructions and product specifications.
- Practical knowledge in a continuous flow automated manufacturing process.
- Be a hands‑on problem solver.
- Experience in trouble shooting machine.
- Experience in CNC Machine or mechanical background.
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain all machines including but not limited to surface paint, edge paint, edge sanding, lacquer coater and spray cabin.
- Visual inspection of raw materials as entering the area and verification of quality leaving the area.
- Set, adjust, and maintain process and machine settings.
- Reports all the irregularities related to the work of subordinate devices to the supervisor.
- Assists maintenance with maintenance jobs, as well as perform small maintenance tasks unsupervised.
