TKO Staff Pros LLC is looking for Experienced Fitters/Flux Core Welders to join our dedicated Manufacturing team in Fulton, MS. This full-time, on-site position provides an excellent opportunity for entry-level professionals to develop their skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

In this role, you will be involved in various fabrication and welding projects, contributing to the assembly of high-quality products that meet industry standards. You will work alongside experienced professionals, gain hands-on experience and knowledge while ensuring that our manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently.

We offer a competitive hourly salary ranging from $19.00 to $25.00, along with many opportunities for career advancement within the company after the 60-day rollover period.

• Perform fitting tasks as per project specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
• Assist in the assembly and fabrication of metal components
• Conduct inspections of welded joints and components
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
• Participate in training and skill development sessions

• Must be able to read a tape measure
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be a team player
• Basic understanding of welding techniques and safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Previous fitting and flux core welding is a major plus
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in welding
