Back Regulator in furniture manufacturing (specifically at HM Richards in Guntown, MS) is a skilled upholstery position responsible for fitting polyester fiber into seat, arm, and back covers to ensure proper filling and shaping. This role ensures cushions are properly stuffed, regulated, and smooth.

• Knowledge about assembly line type environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to submit to a Drug test and background investigation
