Elite Comfort Solutions, a Leggett & Platt Company, seeks a Baler Operator to bale scrap foam and prepare bales for shipment. You will tie off finished bales, tag by weight, and move materials through the production line while upholding safety and housekeeping standards.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read and follow verbal or written instructions. This is an hourly, non-exempt role in our on-site facility.
