Shift: Day Shift | 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

TKO Staff Pros is seeking dependable and hardworking Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Baldwyn, MS. Qualified candidates must have at least two years of manufacturing experience , including previous experience operating machinery in a production environment.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new equipment and production processes.

Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.

Monitor equipment operation and inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.

Follow established production procedures and safety guidelines.

Learn and adapt to new machinery, equipment, and manufacturing processes.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Report equipment malfunctions, defects, or production issues to the appropriate supervisor.

Meet daily production expectations while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to support production goals.

At least 2 years of manufacturing experience required.

Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production setting.

Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Ability to learn new equipment and follow instructions.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Dependable work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay: $13.00 per hour

Schedule: Day shift, starting at either 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM and ending at 5:30 PM.
