Weekend shift; 16‑hour shifts – Full‑time hours.

As an agency‑free center, you’ll work with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care to our patients and residents. Our Unit Managers have the opportunity to advance their clinical leadership skills through our Clinical Career Ladder, including roles such as Clinical Educator, RNAC, and Assistant Director of Nursing. • Provide leadership and support to the care team, ensuring patient/resident needs are met.
• Evaluate team performance and work directly with care team members to deliver compassionate and professional care.
• Plan, evaluate, and coordinate services, including triage tasks and supervision of nursing team members.

• Registered Nurse license issued by the state board of nursing.
• Experience in the long‑term care industry preferred.
• Ability to plan, evaluate, and coordinate services.
• Experience in triaging tasks, supervising nursing team members, and coordinating services to provide optimal resident and patient experience.
