Vital Caring is seeking a compassionate Hospice Licensed Nurse (LPN/LVN) to deliver end-of-life care with dignity and empathy. You will work with RNs, aides, social workers, and chaplains to support patients and families in meaningful ways.
Responsibilities include implementing care plans under RN supervision, managing pain and symptoms, educating families, and documenting care in the EMR. A valid LPN/LVN license and CPR certificate are required.
