Location: Walnut Grove
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Maintenance is responsible for working in all areas of the hatchery, with the primary responsibilities of being to work on the transfer crew and processing crew as needed
, as is responsible for performing the following duties.
- Maintains equipment and completes PM’s on time.
- General electrical maintenance.
- Trays eggs from farm racks or cases into incubator racks.
- Loads incubators according to schedule.
- Assists in all chick processing functions.
- Observes all company personnel, safety, quality and food safety and food safety policies.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Willingness to participate in required training provided by Embrex personnel on equipment operations and safety.
- Willingness to participate in required training provided by automation and incubation vendors as well as internal trainers and management.
- Must not raise any poultry or birds.
