Location: Fulton
DC Quality Assurance Associate I role at Mississippi Department of Employment Security
Work ScheduleMonday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Starting Rate: $20.50/hr.
Responsibilities- Partner on and oversee quality assurance procedures, tools, and quality standards alongside industrial teams.
- Improve reports and/or evaluate standards and processes to ensure results meet or exceed quality, timing, and cost standards.
- Contribute to the development of protocols for the implementation and maintenance of technical QA and control systems for production processes.
- Assist in audits and review quality data according to existing procedures, detailing results in the required format.
- Coordinate data for technical documentation, enabling the quality methods function to calibrate and refine methodologies crafting continuous improvement impacts.
- Adhere strictly to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance or related field.
- Strong analytical skills to determine and successfully implement quality standards.
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Dedication to continuous improvement and learning.
$15.00 - $21.42 (Monthly for Salaried roles; Hourly for all other roles). This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
