Day & Zimmermann is in need of a Document Control to support projects in Port Gibson, MS. Anticipated project duration: 1 year.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the on‑site distribution of all required documents such as drawings, specifications and comprehensive work packages.
  • Maintain project documentation within applicable company filing requirements.
  • Check and verify the accuracy of drawings, transmittals, and documents to be recorded, ensuring documentation matches the appropriate work package.
  • Receive, track and monitor drawings and documentation from internal and external customers.
  • Interface with the project teams and clients to coordinate the control of documentation throughout the approval process.
  • Generate transmittals to send documentation to external parties through electronic or hard copy means.
Qualifications
  • Preferred experience in the nuclear and construction industry.
  • Strong problem‑solving, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to interact positively with all levels internally and externally with clients and in a team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • High School Diploma is the minimum requirement or a College Degree in Business or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of direct related work experience.

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $22,000–$95,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as the final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
