SummaryA Quality Data Analyst of Qdas analyzes data, identifies trends, and provides management with information that can be used to improve processes and meet product specifications in accordance with standards and customer requirements. The main duties include identifying, gathering, and analyzing data through easy‑to‑understand graphs, charts, tables, and day‑to‑day reports.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and update Qdas reports for each operation running daily.
- Collect and enter quality data, including inspection and audit records.
- Create and update Final Stations Pareto charts, dimensional and visual kick‑outs.
- Prepare and present reports on Special Characteristics process results to management.
- Ensure quality of parts by maintaining data analysis processes within manufacturing and customer specifications.
- Support TTOs and operators in monitoring data out‑of‑control trends and corrective action effectiveness.
- Update information on PROMOT screens to display quality output results.
- Review quality data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Prepare routine quality reports.
- Maintain EOL, scrap, and nonconformance records.
- Ensure product safety and quality of work in line with FEUER’s Quality Policy.
- Perform various quality‑related tasks as required by the Quality Manager.
- High School Diploma and at least one year of experience in a quality site or statistical process control.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing is a plus.
- Familiarity with IATF 16949 and/or ISO 9001 audits.
- Strong technical background in quality and ability to read quality reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) is preferred.
- Previous experience in Layered Process Audits (LPA).
- Experience with nonconformance and scrap record keeping.
- Previous experience in document control.
- Experience with CMM, CNC, calipers, Adcole, optical, or other measurement equipment.
