Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service. Assistant Store Managers also lead departments and support the General Manager. Their responsibilities may include managing assigned systems—training, food safety, and inventory management—setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results back to their crew and fellow managers.

Prior McDonald’s Department Manager Experience is preferred.
