The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring that the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The role works with leadership to set the restaurant’s goals and create a plan to achieve them. To meet those goals, the General Manager leads a team of Assistant Managers and Shift Managers, coaching them to improve their departments and drive overall restaurant performance.

• Run a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Set restaurant goals in partnership with lower‑level managers and create actionable plans.
• Lead Assistant Managers and Shift Managers, providing coaching, direction, and performance feedback.
• Hire and develop department and shift managers to build a strong leadership team.

• Prior General Manager experience operating high‑volume quick‑service restaurants.
• Strong background in hospitality, retail, or related service industry.
• Minimum age 18 years, meeting corporate ownership requirements.
