This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee has a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products but is a separate company and employer. Any employment matters at the restaurant – hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling – are handled solely by the franchisee.

Department Manager – $12 hourly pay.

• Manage training, food safety, and inventory management systems.
• Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to the team and other managers.
• Ensure high-quality, safe food delivery quickly and that food cost is controlled.
• Oversee hiring, training, and scheduling of qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals.
• Motivate and recognize employees to maintain engagement.
• Deliver a memorable customer experience, manage sales promotions, and keep service areas organized.

Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.
