Responsibilities include maintaining kitchen cleanliness, managing inventory, training a Kitchen Assistant, ensuring food is safely prepared and plated, and complying with health regulations.
Requirements:
High School diploma, 1 year cooking for large groups, and ability to obtain Serv Safe certification
