• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate, group, and leisure segments.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Oversee the hotel's digital marketing efforts, including website, social media, and online travel agencies (OTAs).
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns and advertising initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and cross-promotion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing, with a proven record of success.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, market segmentation, and revenue management.
• Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
