Job Overview

Provides basic security functions for the property to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and team members.

• Provide protection for the casino and all employees and guests, and is responsible for the overall protection of company assets.
• Guard all transfers of monies and chips on the casino floor as well as the physical transportation of hopper fills, chip fills, and credits.
• Interact with guests, employees and law enforcement agencies in a professional manner.
• Maintain a written log of incidents involving guests or employee, and prepare additional detailed reports, as may be required.
• Maintain and inventories first aid equipment on assigned shift.
• Administers emergency medical treatment to injured guests and employees.
• Assesses the injured or sick individuals’ needs, and if necessary, arrange for the dispatching of rescue units.
• Ensure departmental compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and with departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for adherence to health, fire, and safety regulations, identifies potential safety hazards and reports such to the appropriate personnel.
• Support and maintain the Caesar's courtesy guidelines.
• Promote outstanding guest relations.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
• Previous law enforcement experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Must be able to acquire a MS Gaming License.
• Candidates MUST complete all necessary company training and certification training.
