Full‑time Security Shift Supervisor, Pascagoula, MS. All shifts and days are available. Pay $25/hr, paid weekly. Projected start date:
January 5, 2026.

• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role and customer service role.
• 3+ years of security, law enforcement, and/or military experience (preferred).
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Secret Clearance required.
• Able to conduct foot patrols, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Responsible for direction, coordination, and supervision of site Security Officers.
• Train subordinates on procedural guidelines, company policies, and operational & site‑specific forms; enforce consistency in policy and procedure implementation on site.
• Foster superior customer relations/service to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
• Manage account and officer inspections to assure compliance and exceed commitments.

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for the functioning of a contract site, including operations, customer service, personnel management, security & safety, system metrics and analysis, in accordance with Sunstates objectives while on duty. The Shift Supervisor may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Shift Supervisor will be extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.

High School diploma or equivalent.
