Garda World Security Services is hiring a Tactical Security Supervisor / Security Officer! As a supervisor, you will read the environment, anticipate risk, and act accordingly. Physical ability is essential as you will patrol, supervise a security team, and respond to incidents across retail stores, airports, detention centers, and more.

  Full‑Time, 2nd Shift 2pm‑10pm (Sat, Sun) & 3rd Shift 10pm‑6am (Mon, Wed)
• Competitive hourly wage: $18.98 (Supervisor) / $17.69 (Officer). Daily Pay available for employees.

• Patrol sensitive areas and spot suspicious activity.
• Supervise the security team and verify identities.
• Control access to secure areas and check alarm/camera systems.
• React quickly to threats or incidents, document actions, and respond to alarms.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Security supervisory experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process.
• First aid certification is an asset.
• Ability to stand and walk for entire shift.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.
• State license if required.

Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.
