Brandon Tomes Volkswagen is seeking a skilled Volkswagen Service Technician to join our team in McKinney, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Volkswagen vehicles
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Communicate with customers regarding vehicle issues and repairs
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a Ford technician training program preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
