- Tackle major jobs like repowers, rebuilds, and overhauls
- Install new systems, troubleshoot issues, and upgrade older vessels
- Keep detailed records (we like clean paperwork as much as clean installs)

- 5+ years of experience as a marine technician
- Current certifications (ABYC, NMMA, or OEM-specific training required)

- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work outdoors year-round
- Great communication skills—you’re good with both teammates and customers
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Competitive wages based on experience and certifications
- Health insurance, retirement plan, and other full-time benefits
- A waterfront workplace (yes, really) with beautiful locations
- Off-season flexibility and a strong year-round team
- Ongoing training and advancement opportunities
- A company culture that respects your time, your talent, and your goals
If you’re a certified tech who loves working on boats and wants to be part of a team that values quality, trust, and doing things the right way—this is your kind of shop.
