We are looking for dependable, hands-on professionals with strong mechanical and electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production machinery, facility equipment, and mechanical/electrical systems. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced industrial setting.

$26.00 - $32.00 per hour

Pay is based on experience, skill level, and qualifications.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial production equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and facility systems
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Repair or replace motors, sensors, conveyors, bearings, pumps, gearboxes, and related components
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, blueprints, and work orders
• Support production teams by responding quickly to equipment downtime
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete required documentation
• Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout practices, and company policies
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with equipment installations, adjustments, and continuous improvement projects

• Previous industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, production, or industrial environment
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Electrical troubleshooting experience preferred
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, and production equipment
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail
• Dependable attendance and professional work ethic
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work in an industrial environment

• PLC troubleshooting experience
• Welding or fabrication experience
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs
• Knowledge of 480V, 3-phase electrical systems
• Maintenance certification, technical school training, or related education
• Experience in food production, automotive, packaging, logistics, or high-speed manufacturing environments
