Master Level Treatment Specialist

Position: MASTER LEVEL DAY TREATMENT SPECIALIST
Location: Shelby

```Duties```
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychologists, counselors, and healthcare providers, to coordinate care
- Advocate for clients' rights and help them access necessary resources and support services
- Provide counseling and support to individuals struggling with behavioral health issues
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to promote positive behavior change
- Supervise visits between children and their parents or guardians in child welfare cases
- Develop and implement workforce development programs to help individuals gain employment skills

```Experience```
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- Previous experience in child welfare, behavioral health, addiction counseling, or related areas preferred
- Knowledge of social work principles, theories, and practices
- Familiarity with motivational interviewing techniques
- Ability to provide mentoring and support to individuals in need
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a caseload effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
