Coordinator, Housing Assignments

• Serves as the contact perform for all housing assignments
• Maintains current file of all housing forms
• Completes requisitions
• Prepares written materials, reports, room assignments, logs, letters to students
• Processes documents and materials, registration, travel requests and assists in the processing of Residence Hall charges
• Other related duties, as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in a related or applicable field
• Three (3) years’ experience in higher education and or student activities

• Thorough knowledge of Assignment processes and procedures
• Knowledge of residence housing best practices and procedures
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good computer skills
• Strong communication skills, verbal written and interpersonal
• Self-motivated
• Ability to effectively deliver assignment services to a diverse student population
• Ability to resolve conflict and solve problems
• Ability to adhere to deadlines
