Lead Person - Receiving

Lead Person will be responsible for performing warehouse tasks as assigned by the Operations Supervisor. This person shall be responsible for accurately completing all shipping documentation and/or all system entries.

• Training new hires on proper driving techniques and work processes.
• Verifying containers in the dock door at the start of shift.
• Assigning work according to daily priorities.
• Ensuring that team members follow all safety rules.
• Assistant at the shipping desk as needed.
May be required to load, unload, and put away, as needed.

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Experience working in a warehouse/distribution environment.
• Proven ability to show high attention to detail.
• Must have demonstrated leadership abilities.
• WMS experience, High Jump Preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite Experience
• Forklift Certified Preferred

This position requires frequent sitting and standing. Must be able to bend, squat, kneel, reach overhead, and stand/walk for up to 4 hours at a time & push/pull/lift to 45 pounds.
