JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES- You must be 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record that meets company standards, and access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
- Possess navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area, including multi‑story buildings.
Many team members begin as delivery drivers and advance to franchise owners, managers, or corporate roles.

GeneralJob Duties For All Store Team Members
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Orientation and training provided on the job.
Communication Skills- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
- Must be able to make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for precise movements.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the delivery area.
- Must navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
- Exposure to varying weather, in‑store temperatures (36°F to 90°F+), fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, high surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
- Requires talking, hearing, near/mid‑range vision, depth perception, hot/cold surface differentiation, and night vision for driving.
The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze data, and make judgments and decisions.
Additional Information– Physical Requirements
- Standing:
Most tasks are performed from a standing position. - Walking:
Short distances for short durations between store and vehicle. - Sitting:
Paperwork normally completed at a desk or table. - Lifting:
Bulk product deliveries up to 50 lb with dimensions up to 3 ft × 1.5 ft; trays of pizza dough ~12 lb per tray. - Carrying:
Large cans (≈3 lb 7 oz), pizza sauce (~30 lb), and deliveries loaded by hand truck. - Pushing/Pulling:
Trays on dollies requiring ~7.5 lb force. - Climbing:
Occasional stairs or ladder navigation, up to five flights during delivery. - Bending, Squatting, Crouching:
Needed for assembly, stocking, and cleaning low areas. - Reaching:
Continuous up, down, and forward; above 72 in. for oven controls.
Job Duties
- Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area, then to the door of the customer.
- Deliver flyers and door hangers.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
- Access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
