The Administrative Assistant II (AAII) is responsible for all initial public contacts, scheduling cases, maintaining department records, and consolidating data collection for established reporting process. The organizational level of this individual's ability to function with a multi-task orientation will be reflective in the orderly fashion by which the department's activities transpire. The AAII must practice sound judgement as is required in their profession and must work closely with physicians and other personnel.
