- Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in managing civil construction projects from inception to completion.
- Work closely with the management team to complete submittal packages, RFIs, work plans, job costing, close and long‑range scheduling, takeoffs, estimating, extra work orders, and change orders.
- Clearly communicate with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding scheduling, equipment/manpower/material needs, and solutions to any obstacles that may be in the way of the project.
- Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering Technology, or Construction Management degree with 3-5 years of field experience.
- Ability to accurately read, analyze, and comprehend complex plans, specifications, instructions, contracts/subcontracts, correspondence, and memos.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, etc.) and Bluebeam.
- Experience with HCSS Heavy Bid, HCSS Heavy Job, and Topcon GPS systems preferred.
