Front Desk Associate

Full-Time or Part-Time

Looking for a friendly, dependable person to join our team at the front desk. If you enjoy meeting people, helping guests, and working in a relaxed, team-oriented environment, this could be a great fit.

• Welcome guests and assist with check-ins and check-outs.
• Answer phones and assist with reservations and guest questions.
• Help guests with requests and provide friendly customer service.
• Handle payments and basic front desk paperwork.
• Communicate with housekeeping and other team members.
• Keep the front desk and lobby clean and organized.
• Help address guest concerns and make sure guests have a pleasant stay.
• Complete other basic hotel tasks as needed.
• Help out with laundry.

• Friendly and welcoming personality.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn our system.
• Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
